The business is owned and managed by Paul Murphy. Paul began his recruitment career with Brook Street Bureau PLC in 1983, is a member of the British Institute of Recruiters and has won several awards, during the course of his career, including Cumbria Business Person of the Year. Paul has also worked in restaurants, kitchens, hotel receptions and housekeeping (and still does at weekends).

From our main base, on the edge of the Lake District National Park, we provide hospitality recruitment solutions right across the UK. We are especially successful in Cumbria, Lancashire, Manchester, Northumberland and Yorkshire.
