A fantastic permanent career opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef to work under the guidance of a Michelin experienced Head Chef.
This is a key role where you will support the Head Chef in operating and running the kitchen.
The role will suit an experienced Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous Chef.
At this venue they bake their bread daily and create all their own ice creams and pastries in house. They only us local seasonal produce and meat and game feature heavily in the winter months and an emphasis on fish and shell fish in the summer months.
