Our client, an award-winning Cumbria hotel is looking for an experienced and ambitious receptionist to join their friendly and professional team.
The duties will involve; checking guests in & out, handling guest queries by telephone, email and face to face, taking hotel reservations and preparation of bills & taking payments.
You will possess outstanding communication skills and be committed to delivering high customer service standards to all our guests. You must have the ability to work as part of a team, yet work on your own initiative with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. This is a busy hotel desk so prioritising your work and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
It goes without saying that you will need to have a warm and friendly personality.
You should be happy to work shift patterns (either 7:00am – 300pm or 2:30pm – 11:00pm) which will include weekends on a rota basis.
