Our client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who will be tasked with the day to day running of the hotel operations, with a specific concentration on ground floor operational departments and sales and revenue management.
The successful candidate will be charged with leading and motivating the operational management team to deliver outstanding levels of service throughout the hotel.
You will be required to drive standards with a keen eye for detail and will be accountable for revenue generation, customer service, employee engagement, operational efficiency and financial control.
The hotel has 156 bedrooms, 8 conference rooms, a breakfast and Lounge area.
Develops a trusting and respectful partnership with the Company Directors by communicating effectively and meeting or exceeding expectations in operations management and financial performance.
